Golf Ball Drop

This raffle is conducted in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 563 and applicable school district policies.
Sponsor: The raffle is sponsored by the Menomonie Wrestling Club or its authorized booster organization, located in the State of Wisconsin.
Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase. Void where prohibited by law.
Raffle Description: Each purchased golf ball represents one raffle entry and is assigned a unique number. Golf balls will be dropped simultaneously, and winners will be determined based on which balls land closest to the designated target.
Prize Information: Cash prizes will be awarded to the closest golf balls as announced prior to the event. Prize amounts are fixed and not based on the number of tickets sold. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of golf balls sold.
Winner Determination: Distance measurements and final determinations are made by event officials and are final and binding.
Taxes: Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize winnings.
Event Changes: The raffle may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. All entries will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

Refund Policy: All raffle ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued except as required by law.
Release of Liability: By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the sponsoring school, wrestling club, booster organization, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
